After four decades in the legal world, Susan Tschirhart traded the courtroom for the "Rule of Three": balance, resilience, and intentional growth. Known on the trail as “Goldilocks,” Susan is the founder and lead guide of Next Bend Adventures and a passionate advocate for the transformative power of the wilderness.
Having tackled 645 miles of the Appalachian Trail, she teaches that the most important things we carry aren't in our packs, but in our perspectives. Susan combines deep technical expertise as a Wilderness First Responder with a heart for mentorship, empowering others to discover what’s waiting for them just around the next bend.
