Samuels Library invites the community to put on their dancing shoes and reel and jig the night away at its Scottish Cèilidh Fundraiser on Friday, March 6th at 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
This lively evening of traditional Scottish music, dancing, and community spirit will feature award-winning musician Seán Heely, a celebrated fiddler, singer, harpist and composer. Heely is both the U.S. National Scottish Fiddle Champion and U.S. National Champion in Scottish Gaelic (Gàidhlig) Song, bringing world-class talent and energy to the event.
With infectious fiddle tunes and toe-tapping rhythms, guests will enjoy classic Scottish music led by Seán Heely and a professional dance caller. No prior dance experience needed, just a willingness to jump in and have fun. Food and beverages will be served (included in the ticket price).The Cèilidh Fundraiser is proudly sponsored by Mountain Home Bed & Breakfast and Friends of Samuels Library (FOSL).
