What started as a small, one-room gathering has grown into a full-library experience that brings together fans, families, local businesses, and organizations for a day of discovery and fun.

How Can You Participate?
Become a Vendor
Sign up to sell products, food and/or drinks at this dynamic event by completing the Vendor/Program Table Host Application below. Set up begins at 9:00 a.m. and breakdown starts at 4:00 p.m. Themed displays and costumes are highly encouraged! Prefer to set up early? Join us Friday, September 18th at 5:30 p.m.
Please note, retail and food/drink vendors must pay a vendor fee of $20.00. If you are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or organization that will not be selling items at SamiCon, no fee is required.
Become a Program Table Host
Offer an interactive game, workshop, or program by completing the Vendor/Program Table Host application. SamiCon continues to grow in popularity, and your creativity helps shape an experience that is both memorable and highly interactive for attendees of all ages.
Please note, there is no fee for Program Table Hosts at SamiCon. Program must have an interactive element, such as a craft or game.
