get a library card

Almost anyone, even those who live outside of Warren County, may receive a library card. To obtain a card, you’ll need to present picture identification with your current mailing address – if your ID does not show your current address, we require that a piece of mail, lease, etc, with your accurate address be presented along with your ID.

Juveniles age 5 – 17 may get a library card provided that their parent or legal guardian is present and can fulfill the aforementioned requirements, or has a Samuels Library card in good standing.

You will be asked to fill out an application, which will be processed immediately. Your FREE card will provide you with a wealth of information, technology, and recreation.

If you misplace your card, a replacement may be purchased for $1. If your card is lost or stolen, report it to us immediately so we can take the appropriate measures to prevent anyone else from using your account.
